Trump's State of the Union Address
Was NOT a State of the Union Address.
It was a campaign rally indeed--
Full of lies and a total mess.
He announced that he was declaring
War on fraud. Ooh, such gall.
That's ironic coming from him,
For HE'S the biggest fraudster of all!
Look at his cryptocurrency scam
And gifts from foreigners. What's more,
He was guilty of thirty-four charges
Of fraud in 2024!
His speech was a litany of attacks
On immigrants and Democrats.
It was a rambling diatribe,
Full of angry tits for tats.
Republicans embarrassed themselves
By standing up and cheering him on.
To stay in Trump's good graces they know
That fawning is a sine qua non.
Yesterday Republicans
Questioned Hillary Clinton. Why?
Regarding Epstein. She didn't know him,
But still she had to testify.
Why aren't they hauling people in
Who DID know Epstein--talk about shady!--
People who palled around with him,
Such as Trump and the First Lady.
We also see that the DOI--
Department of INJUSTICE, I mean--
Continues to push Donald Trump's
Lies and propaganda machine.
From the Epstein files they have
Pulled survivors' interviews
In which Trump's name appears. Oh, my!
That cover-up should be big news.
And now Trump thinks that if he starts
A war that he'll gain people's favor.
The man is desperate and mad.
From blatant deceit he'll never waver.
Ironies and contradictions:
That's what Trump is all about.
We've never heard so many lies
From a president day in, day out.
