A blue wave swept the nation
In 2018. That was when
Voters sent a message to Trump.
Yesterday, it happened again.
This time, however, it wasn’t a wave;
It was a tsunami--strikingly blue.
Now the world is wondering:
What is Donald Trump going to do?
Will the man be
washed away?
Will he sink, or will he swim?
Will his sycophantic supporters
Throw a life preserver to him?
Will he be held accountable?
Will he continue to get away
With murder? Will he lash out at all
Who have opposed him and make them pay?
Will cohorts hanging on to his
Life preserver pull him down
Deep into the depths with them
Where all together they will drown?
The world is watching. Let's hope that
Productive change can come about.
The chaos of the Trump regime
